What it takes


You must say good-bye to the present you, and be prepared to enter into new territory. This is the start of a brand new person; a completely new, balanced life will not only change the food you eat, but also your likes and dislikes, habits, goals, and interests. If you are not quite ready to let go of your current lifestyle and the foods that go with it, you will never succeed! In fact you will be stuck in a never-ending battle against fat, a lifetime of disappointment.
