Blueberries?
March 5, 2011

These wonderful little berries are not only packed full of antioxidants, but they taste great! Whatever you decide to eat them with, they have the ability to make a meal that much better. They are great for your health and delicious! So what is the downside? Nothing. Unless of course, the foods that claim to be loaded with blueberries, do not actually contain blueberries. A closer look at the ingredient list could very well reveal that what you thought were real blueberries are in fact corn cereal, high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugar, hydrogenated oils, modified food starch, food colouring and artificial flavouring, masquerading as blueberries.

Award-winning investigative journalist Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, exposes the deceptive chemical ingredients and dishonest marketing of “blueberry” products from big-name food and cereal companies.
